I am looking forward to do my Doctoral degree in Education online. Is there any University that offers online doctoral programmes but are financially supported if not fully funded.

The newly available PhD program requires an additional writing sample and minimum TOEFL score of 600. While Master’s degree candidates can apply in any field, PhD candidates will only be accepted in Agriculture, Communications, Economics, Education, Engineering, Math, Science or Technology.
